Bo Faulkner, Minister of Students

Love never gives up. Love cares more for others than for self. Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have. Love doesn’t strut, Doesn’t have a swelled head, Doesn’t force itself on others, Isn’t always “me first,” Doesn’t fly off the handle, Doesn’t keep score of the sins of others, Doesn’t revel when others grovel, Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth, Puts up with anything, Trusts God always, Always looks for the best, Never looks back, But keeps going to the end.
(The Message) 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Bo graduated from Howard Payne University with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies and a specialization in Youth Ministry. Julia Farney, Administrative Assistant

Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.  (NLT) Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Julia joined the staff on January 3, 2005 and states that she is very excited about serving God at Meadowbrook. She was baptized at Meadowbrook at the age of nine and attended until age 13. She rejoined the church on August 1. 2004.  Julia attended McLennan Community College studying Business and Accounting.  Before joining the Meadowbrook staff, she worked for Stiba Financial Group for nine years, for a group of attorneys for six years, and for FBC, Woodway for two years in Administrative Assistant positions.
